I believe that conscious and competent leadership is the imperative transformative force of our time. It underpins exponential technology, social change and future relevance.

My purpose is to serve organisations, leaders, executives change-makers and entrepreneurs to create meaningful economic impact whilst contributing towards the development and competitiveness of Africa.

People are my why.
They are the point of power in every organisation and relationship. My role is to help them to perform their best and in so doing bring positive change to the world.

I help organisations, executives and entrepreneurs to get results in business and life.
I do this as mentor, advisor and speaker, at the intersection of leadership, strategy and emotionally intelligent behaviour.

I draw on 22 years’ experience gained in an array of sectors, including SME development, retail, education, urban management, medicine and wellness.

Through programs such as LeadSpace, Connect and FastTrackU, I support clients to build better systems and processes, helping them to scale and sustain, and improve results and performance.

Combining my experience as practitioner, entrepreneur and executive, I leverage behavioural science, communication, ideation, gamification, conscious capitalism, business fundamentals, and strategy.
My tools include design thinking, due diligence, lean strategy, sprint and other innovative methodologies.
